Since 2004, the biologist Dorothea Brückner and the artist Bärbel Rothhaar are involved in an innovative dialogue, in which they approach the theme of the honeybee from two different points of view. In five chapters, the topics of wax, sleep, scent, spatial cognition and pollen are investigated from an artistic as well as a scientific perspective.
